do your prices include delivery?

they most certainly do. and if we ever turn over enough moolah to earn the privelege of paying VAT then they will include that, also. we could, if we wanted, set up all sorts of complicated postage rate calculations, but aside from being terribly nice to you we really can't see the point.

how long does it take you to deliver?

we aim to get your things to you in 2-3 working days. there can be all sorts of problems with this, such as natural disasters and the postal system, so if you haven't recieved your things don't panic! just email us at bazaar@haircutrecords.co.uk or call our customer support line on: 07986101125 (mobile call rates unfortunately apply)

do you have a privacy policy?

yes. any information you give to us through ordering is only used to send you your stuff. we do not sell it to third parties, and we will not send you emails about anything other than your order unless you sign up to our mailing list or send us a nice email

are your products guaranteed?

yup. we burn our own cds, so very occasionally you may recieve a record that sounds like a digital howler monkey, or just doesnt work. if that happens, we will be very sorry and a little ashamed, so we hope you will contact us using the details above within 30 days of your purchase and we will reimburse you or replace the pesky thing. we are, it has been said, completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. you can always write us:
